Just wandering the response if I had asked for prescription of pain killers.
The response for me thinking I needed antibiotic was good indicator how the above would of gone.
By The Way don't mention if you are on medication for Mental Health at this dentist, I disclose for medicine contradiction, NOT to be asked why I am medicated, what is wrong with me and what my diagnosis is.
Can't say I have experienced, or been party to such a confrontational situation in a long long time.
We will put that down to the Full Moon for all involved.

Very rude receptionist at dental clinic. I was just asking a few questions like whether I was on the wait list as I jaf brrm to warills dental clinic who were lovely to get a wisdom tooth removed and he said I meed a couple of fillings and he would put me on the list for dapto as I wasn't on it and I said I should be so i wanted to check if it was done she basically told me to go back to warilla and I said but you guys should of done it I was assesses here and then I explained I still had bad jaw pain a fortnight after my tooth was removed and I wanted to check with a dentist if it was normal and she wouldn't help, She gave no smile and was very rude when she spoke. People who deal with people in the workplace need some customer service skills she had none.

Very rude lady with brown hair and glasses at the front reception. When working in health care you cannot be as rude as what she was. Didn’t help or give us any guidance her words were “are you right”.
