The doctors were amazing and extremely thorough. The detail and care they gave made me feel extremely comfortable and the team at reception were super helpful when I arrived without a booking. This will be my new medical center from now on and I’m recommending them to all my family and friends.

Disgusting service. Waiting times of one to two hours for the doctor's appointment, rude reception, lots of unnecessary questions, everything works with glitches and is awful. If you value your time, just steer clear of this place.

Don’t bother coming here. They are constantly over two hours late and even once you get in they can’t help you. My most recent trip was booked for 11.45, I saw the doctor finally at 1.30 (after someone in the waiting room offered me their spot) and they could not find my pathology results and it would be another 20 minutes, something I have never experienced. After complaining, instead of apologising, the doctor proceeded to tell me that if I can’t wait then this is not the clinic for me and I should not come back.

I am thrilled for the services provided by this medical centre. The receptionist Elisa is always helpful:even remember my last name and always keep her promises e.g. email response, get the doctor to call me,etc. Dr Yu is amazingly thorough, attentive to all my ailments and address patiently to all my concerns. Also he does not push me into taking unnecessary medications. He is gentle, kind and generous with consultation time. I am so thankful for their professional services.

Unbelievably long wait times. Bad service and organisation. Waste of time.

Booked an appointment for 4pm, was told the doctor was running late and the appointment would be pushed back to 4:30pm. Arrived at 4:30pm and after 0.5 hours, asked the receptionist approx. how much longer it would be - she then informed the doctor wasn’t even in the office and didn’t know what time he would arrive. We wanted to reschedule, however she still informed “the appointment isn’t the time the doctor will see you, you will still have to wait at least 0.5 hours”. You would think the time you book an appointment is around the time the doctor sees you. Yet, this is not the case - and the doctor appointment ends up being 5x longer than you expected it to be. When you are feeling sickly the last thing you want to do is wait longer than you need to for a doctor. What a joke. This place needs much better organisation if they want to function as a proper doctor’s office. Will not be coming back here again, what a huge waste of time. Do not come here unless you want to leave feeling frustrated and angry.

Raining stormy day. Just a tradesmen doing outside work with no access to a bathroom. Sometimes I have to use other places because public urination is illegal.
Asked the lady at the reception very politely if she knew where the closest bathroom was.
She told me she had no idea.
I could literally see a bathroom to the left of her desk.
I asked if this building had one.
She said no. Wasn’t even polite about it.
Nice to see this business supporting working class tradies. Keep it up

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE. I’ve been there for an appointment on time and I literally waited for 2 hours to see the doctor. The receptionist was unable to explain the delay and honestly the communication in general was really bad. When I finally could see the doctor, had the surprise to share the room with other two people, students, that was watching the doctor conduct the consultation. When I left, the wait room was crowded and I felt sorry for everyone that would need to go through the same bad experience that I never ever had.

Worst experience I have ever had. Walked in for my appointment at 12:30 and walked out at 2:30 without getting to see the Doctor. Receptionists were completely useless and gave no updates as to when I would be able to see Dr Michael. Never coming here again and will be sure to tell everyone to avoid also. Awful experience for an awful place. Negative 5 stars.
