I use this service as a few of the other ones don't service my area (padstow) and this service always has a dr available. Wait times vary on day/time /holiday ext.

I scheduled a visit via the app 6am 1/1/2023. Was promptly rang and chatted to the operator. She was straight forward with telling me there was quite a delay being a public holiday. I asked to remain on the list and was happy to wait.

1:30pm, Had a lovely visit by Dr Hakim. Was pleasant, listened to me and gave me a script for my throat infection.

I was hesitant reading these reviews, so wanted to upload a pleasant experience with the service.

It’s 2am no doctor has arrived, delay after delay. A doctor was suppose to arrive between 9pm-10pm. Needed to take my 11 year old daughter to the emergency room as her symptoms have gotten worse because of the delay. This service needs to be removed, if you can’t offer a service you should not be operating. Your putting peoples life’s at risk, I don’t usually write reviews but this service needs to be shut down.

Don’t waste your time with this unreliable service. 1300 HOME GP is the worst! Our son was sick so we called on Saturday at 4pm and were told there was a 4 hour wait. At close to 9pm the doctor hadn’t arrived and there was still a 1 hour wait. We decided to cancel and as advised by their staff we called the next morning at 8am.

Sunday morning we booked at 8:00am and were told again that it was a 4 hour wait which was fine. At around 1:00pm we were told there was still a 1 hour wait. We called again at 3:50pm and we were told there’s still a 30 to 45 minute. When it reached 5:15pm and the doctor wasn’t there we called again and now it was a 2 hour wait.

When you call the first thing they ask you is if you want to cancel. Honestly, such poor service. We’re deleting the app and recommend you use another home doctor service.

My sister in Law booked a Doctor to attend her Mum who is incapacitated, with influenza type symptoms & was advised a Doctor would be attending with in a 3-5 hour waiting to which was advised was next on the list which I feel is unacceptable at best. What really has upset me is for the fact is she is 84 years old & some sort of protocol would be in place. But no concern whatsoever ?.
The disgusting fact is the appointment was at 12 noon, with the advise that a Doctor would attend within the next 3-5 hours. In actual fact the Doctor arrived at 12.15AM YESY AM ? to attend after numerous follow calls to find out what was happening. WE HAD TO WAIT 12 hours. That is unacceptable and disgusting behaviour.
Fortunately there are other services in this field who on contacting we’re in total disbelief at the inconsiderate attitude of your company.
You should be removed from this service immediately.

Very disappointed with the Dr that came to see me. I'm a fit mid 50's woman and worked physically all my life. I called home Dr due to extreme abdominal pain on a Sunday, I could hardly move and had been vomiting. Dr came with the said period and after a brief examination told me to take Buscopan and Mylanta, he felt my abdomin and although it was very painful, he didnt think anything was particularly wrong. Next day I made an appointment with my own Dr who immediately sent me for an ultra sound. The radiologist called the Dr in to see the scan, I was told to go straight to emergency, which I did. By then pain was not as severe, I had a CT that showed appendicitis. I had surgery the following day, my appendix had ruptured and gangorous, the operation took almost 3 times longer than expected. I'm still in hospital, I could have died, and there may still may be further complications. I would never have made this review, all I really wanted to do was make sure the Dr knew he had made such a crucial error, but despite several attempts calling during the stated office hours, the phone just rings out. I do use my own name, which this service will have on their records along with my contact details. I strongly suggest that management contact me directly to prevent media exposure, and I dont consider that at all unreasonable.

If i could put a zero star i would.

Absolutely atrocious service by the 'doctor'.

Called and waited from 8:30pm. Doctor arrived at 11:40.
He looked at my 6 week old daughter from a far, and said she looks good and is breathing good.

Did not do a check or even listen to what my wife had to say as to why she is unwell.

He was here for a matter of 3 minutes and most of that was because my wife was asking questions and he was more interested in photos up on the wall.

My mother is immunocompromised and was not well. Based in the inner city I had to call twice to confirm a booking. I was given a 4hr window at 630pm after a total of 30min spent waiting on the phone as the first call dropped out (you would assume that the operator would immediately return your call as she had mums details in front of her). Just before midnight I called the service again for the third time. The lady I spoke to said that a booking was not made. Really? Not only is the customer service below standard but the staff seem to be the ones in deciding as to whether a Dr is sent to your home or not. As for referring this business to anyone? No! It definitely is NOT a reliable service. A worry for the frail and the elderly.
