I have recently been going to Active Family Medical Centre and I have to say what great experience from both the receptionist and Dr Akram. Dr Akram is the only doctor who has been able to help with medical condition and is supportive. After numerous doors shut on my face by other doctors, he has got me back on my feet and now getting the right treatment required. I would honestly recommend this medical centre to anyone.

Our whole family has been going to see a Dr. Akram since last 4 years and Dr. Akram is so much helpful and professional. His diagnosis is excellent. Also receptionists are always been helpful and co-operative. We really appreciate support from Active Family Medical Centre.

I don't recommend this medical center, We just want to convert the immunization of my son from overseas but we spend $160 2 visits nothing happens I don't know if they care about the people holding temporary visa but with my experience they don't care at all.

Dr Moussad is a lovely doctor, caring and professional. The wait times are long because he’s such a great doctor. You can ring or come in and they’ll get your card out then go home and they’ll call you when he’s almost up to you. Or go to hospital emergency and experience their wait times with heaps of doctors! Thankyou Dr Moussad.

The only downfall is the wait time, but this proves how much of a good doctor Moussad is. I've been seeing him for nearly a decade and he really knows his stuff. The psychologist is also great
Reception staff are professional and extremely accommodating despite being walk in only.

Have had the best experience coming to this medical centre. Dr Moussad was very helpful and thorough with me about my condition and medications. The reception staff were also very pleasant and warm. My experience with Dr Moussad was excellent. He was very help and im sure if not Akram, I would not be here today. Im back in NZ now but I always mention to the Doctors here how amazing he was and how hard he works. I have nothing but praise for him and wish him all the best for the future

Most rudest receptionist at this centre. Doctor told me to come and pick a letter for my mum around 5pm. The receptionist told me to wait till he sees the patients in front of me. She kept ignoring me and kept taking more patients.I asked her if doctor will still see me which was over one and half hour and she said till he sees all the other patients who came after me. I told her to ask the doctor and she refused. I don’t think see knows how to deal with the patients . If for me I will never come here . The doctor is great.
