A very well organised medical centre with courteous staff and a majority good drs.
Dr Jacqueline Chan is my GP and she’s the best I’ve ever had. She’s accurate, intelligent, caring, up to scratch with the newest tools of the trade and she looks at her patients holistically rather than just asking them what their problem is for the day. I can’t recommend her enough. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend this practice.

Friendly staff member at reception desk which made us felt warm welcomed. Doctor Carolina Munoz was super nice. She was kind and caring towards my 5 year old Son. He felt relaxed and comfortable at the clinic. Highly recommend.

Because my test was done on a Saturday, the doctor won't phone me until the following Saturday because she isn't there the rest of the week. If you want the results from a different doctor, you have to pay for a full appointment (Or rather the government does). This seems like a rip-off. I also had a doctor be overly cautious and put me on very strong antibiotics which my Gyno said I didn't need but it was too late by then.

I had a very bad experience when I took my little daughter here. The dr couldn't really diagnosis the problem, my own diagnosis based on the google search was much better than hers!
she didn't really know how to treat small children as when she tried to check my daughter's throat she was quite harsh on little one's mouth! my daughter is ususally vey good at drs room and usually is collaborating very well but this time was above her tollerance and she throw up after the dr checked her throat becase she pushed the stick very hard to the throat. At the end she couldn't even diagnose the problem probably and had to get the second opinion from another dr there which was confirming my initial guess!
overral it was a very bad experience and I would never go back here again!
