Been attending for a long time and often it's a 25-45 minute wait even when booked through "HealthEngine" and arriving 15min before our appointment.
However, today we arrived 12min late, advised and apologized for being late and we were seated ... Waiting 20min and seeing multiple patients walk in, I asked about the status of our appointment.. we were told as we were late, we had to wait another 3 patients ahead of us?!.. this was very disappointing and frustrating as we have a fussy baby and could of been told on arrival.
Our session was just to pickup results and realistically would if only been a few minutes, in&out.

Sad that we are made to wait but in reverse we are just brushed aside..

The straw that broke the camels back.

Worst medical centre in Western Sydney booked for a 10am appointment and didn't get seen until after 11am cause launch and tea breaks must be so much more important thenattending to patients waiting inthe holding bay. Will be reporting this place to the complaint health commission.

Iam ok with the medical centre but half of the time we carry the bacteria with us is from the birds poops outside the medical it’s honestly so sickening people should really stand up for this and something must be done

Dr Huang and his team at the Emerton medical centre are very nice, caring professional. They have looked after my parents in law for years.
Dr Huang is very attentive and meticulous.
He is the best doctor I have seen in Sydney.

Me, my husband and kids have been going to this medical centre for over 2 years now. First it was only if we couldn't get into the family doctor but not that the family doctor is retiring this has become our go to doctors. Staff are always friendly, there is only 3 doctors that we will see and trust and that is dr Parikh, dr andy and dr Megan..
There are some doctors there that we will not see due to rudeness and not not taking us seriously when one of our kids were sick no meds were prescribed, told she just has a cold she will be fine in a few days but ended up in hospital a few hrs late with laboured breathing she had a very bad case of bronchitis and the flu.
Over all it is an excellent centre They run on time most days and keep to appointments we highly recommend this medical centre.

Scheduled an appointment easily over the phone. Appointments also available through the health engine app. Clean and organised clinic with on site parking. Plenty of children's books on-site. Lovely and efficient GP.

First consultation today. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The waiting room was clean and plenty of seating. Dr Andy was caring and didn't rush the consultation. I found the waiting time acceptable for a medical centre that is walk in first served. Very happy to see Dr Andy in the future.
