Humiliating and disappointing experience received from a consultation with Dr George Berkowski - basically sends the message that as a doctor I don’t care how you as a patient could fall sick/ your well being is not of my concern, I’m here to do a job which is to get through this consultation and get paid.

I respect doctors a lot, it’s a profession of high regard and great honour, I look up to people who can heal and take care of others’ well being. This consultation experience is an eye opening education.

Will aim to work hard and contribute more funding into our medical system, so hopefully you and I will all have genuine and great doctors that takes good care of our loved ones and nobody will have to go through bad consultation experience again.

Excellent doctor, everything perfect, I absolutely recommend. Puts the patient at ease. Very attentive to perceiving the problem and understanding how to talk to the patient, very professional and very simple explanation that makes the problem understand very well. serious and very welcoming studio.

I've now seen four (4) doctors in recent years, all of whom have been knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Each time has just been for COVID booster, so whilst each was a relatively straightforward consultation, it was still reassuring that each one paid attention to my medical history/medications etc to make sure OK for vaccines was justified.

I also like the phone-app based check-in system, especially the notifications of place in queue.

The layout of waiting area is also good: plenty of social distancing space!

Walked in without an appointment (well they don’t take appointments anyway) and saw a GP and radiologist right away, all fully bulk billed. The longest wait was figuring out the check in app. This is a hard act to follow!

Our Health in Crows Nest provided great care to me. I met with Dr. Janet Widmer (GP) on several visits, and worked with their nursing team as well, all wonderful. The reception team was excellent too, always present and friendly. As a long-time visitor to North Sydney, paying out of pocket, I really appreciate this clinic. The affordable medical services they provide to me, and this community are awesome. I don't know anything about the business, or owners, but to the team-- working such long hours, with long lines-- please know you are appreciated!

It’s hard to find a bulk billed centre in Sydney so this is a special find. Also, I came here straight from work in the cbd and only waited 15 mins to see a doctor. FYI I didn’t have any appointment booked. The receptionists are super friendly and welcoming. The facilities have been maintained well.

Really happy with this medical centre. It’s clean and neat, and the doctors are patient and understanding. The app makes booking appointments and checking in super easy. Plus, it’s bulk billed, which is hard to find these days!
