Doctors really go above and beyond for their patients, cant fault anything at all !

Never have I called and they have picked up.

Paid $150 for a first time fee and then all appointments after are free. I’ve been here twice. You need to book at least 2 weeks in advance which doesn’t work when you need to see you gp asap. Doctor was away for holidays and then another trip a few months after. I wish I could get my $150 back.

Zero rating. They have waiting area but they forced you to wait outside. A patience is waiting outside with fever great. And pathetic receptionist and pathologist.

Very long wait, mostly over 2hrs+. The sign in to see dr is a bit weird. Some people wait in line at the door sometimes 2 hrs before medical centre opens, others stay in their cars till it opens. No proper way of knowing who was before who, so a lot of people push in get seen first. The dr is amazing though.

Been here twice to get pathology tests done. Never had to wait - best team and polite customer service at the receptionist. Super helpful, friendly and patient.

Absolutely wouldn't go anywhere else. Two of the most caring and dedicated doctors I've ever know. Highly recommended and definitely worth the wait.

Trustworthy, professional, approachable - staff are friendly and always welcoming. Even if I moved area I would still have them as my family GP.
