Do not go to this place whatever you do stay at the most racist and discriminatory people I have ever met I just needed a referral for an x-ray I had a broken rib cage and these people would not even give me the time of the day absolutely disgusting. They only take south American,Latin people I couldn't believe I was actually hearing what I was hearing I will make it my mission to get this recorded so I can prove how they practice illegal policies.

We call to KingsMedical Family Practice to get an appointment for my father in law with spanish speaker doctor. The receptionist answered the call being nice and as soon as she realised we speak spanish, she talked to us in a rude way in spanish. I’m just really worried about the appointment and all the comments talk really bad about her.

DONT FORGET YOUR MASK PEOPLE- The lady on reception is so RUDE.

In this day and age everyone has a box of masks under the reception desk to cover people if they forget (They cost 0.30c each to buy at a pharmacy) Not this clinic they send you to the petrol station next door who charge you $7 for one mask or $50 for 50!!

Maybe when your receptionist phones up to remind people of their appointment the next day she should remind them to bring a Mask with them!

I know Dr Regina for 23 years, very professional , she still my GP. Also Dr Munz now she retired and the new Dr.
All of them are amazing , what i like is that they share the work when one of them is away so you will always be looked after . To me is very important and i was never dismissed. When i had my knee surgery Dr. Munz looked after me because Dr Regina was away, that made me feel safe because all my record was there.
