The team at Midway family medical center conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism yet friendly family approach for returning patients and new patients.

I have been visiting Midway Medical Centre for the last 30 years and have always felt they have supported my entire family with care and consideration.

The Dr's are very experienced and most have been around for a long time. The nurse service here works very effectively and all in a timely fashion.

Lastly, it is always a pleasure to walk into the center and be greeted with happy smiling reception staff.

Great job Team Midway Medical Centre.

Absolutely shocking, rude service from the receptionist. She called two hours after my tele health appointment was booked for saying that I need an in person appointment. I asked why it had taken this long to inform me as I had been waiting for the call. She responded, “Well, I'm telling you now.” and don't come if you don't like it. Great, I wont. Not sure how people can get away with having this low customer service. By the reviews I'm not alone in this feedback.

Dr Tarek Gergis owns Midway medical centre his priority is his business. . He disagree with most of his clients opinion. And gives Decisions that serve his interest. He treats his patients with stubbornness and pride. I heard form many of his Armenian and Arab patients

Dr Trent, has been my GP for many years and sadly I am moving! Dr Trent is an amazing Dr, he is my favourite and a very througher Dr he deserves to be honoured as he has looked after me and all his patients so well. I highly recommend anyone looking to go to this practice the friendly receptionist Tatiana is also amazing!! And will help you out with care, both Dr Trent and Tatiana thank you for everything and anyone who wants a good Dr please go to Dr Trent!! ?

Having a poor admin communication, while asking for PCR results, the reply just came as raising voice and talking about how many year of experience they have as an admin!!!! It’s totally unprofessional medical way of communication with no respect to the patient or to the need of clarifying the information properly to proceed to next steps.

Absolutely shocking reception admin!!!

Dr.Tarek are been for many years our GP and I don’t have enough word to describe his excellent advice and also human care during a very stressful time with my cancer ( twice). Also referred to me a more wonderful specialist and the way he listen to me and give me hope and smile.
Thanks so much Dr. and when you are a little be behind the time in my appointment I understand some time is people more sick than me and I respect that because you also take extra time with me.

I just had a horrible experience at Midway. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone. I waited to see dr tarek for over an hour, during this period their were 10+ patients who came after me and were able to see their doctors before I was served. When I first quizzed the receptionist, she mentioned that I was the next in queue. However a lady came after me and was then seen by dr tarek. When I complained I was told by another receptionist that when it is really busy that I would be offered the option to see other doctors. I mentioned that this didn’t happen!

When I eventually saw dr tarek, I explained my symptoms and had to repeat myself multiple times as he wasn’t actively listening. I also noticed that he was distracted during my appointment as he got a Facebook messenger notification on his Apple Watch.

What an experience! And the kicker was I had to pay for the poor service and unprofessionalism.
