Consistently wait 30mins to an hour after the scheduled time. Doctors also seem to of lower skill-level compared to other medical centres that I've been to. The doctor that I had recommended me medication did not inform me of the side effects and I had to do my own research. Receptionists have very poor customer service especially if you do not speak Cantonese/Mandarin.

Had one of the worse experiences ever coming here, I saw GP Vivian Wu and she's probably one of the most impatient and unprofessional doctors I've ever met. She rushed the whole appointment, didn't listen to me and didn't even solve my issue. Theres another bad review on here about her and I couldn't agree more. I'm usually all about giving people the benefit of the doubt but when this is a doctor where I'm being vulnerable to and asking for help and she shuts me down it's not acceptable. If you're thinking about coming here, dont especially if you're seeing her. There are plenty of promising places around Eastwood, this isn't it.

The doctor was great, the organisation not so much. Booked for 1:30 and told to be there ten minutes early. Doors locked until 1:35. People need a lunch break so that's fine, but don't take a booking if you're not going to be open and don't tell people to be early if you're gonna be late.

Waited very long time to see a GP, unfortunately GP Vivian Wu is very impatient to kids, even blame the three year old for crying, rush to a conclusion and prescribe without proper diagnosis.
Vivian doesn't care much about her patients (even if the patient is a child), maybe the only thing matters to her is the turnover time and money.
Vivian Wu avoid her if you can.

Long waiting time. The store’s opening hour were 10am on the Sunday, and the doctor showed up at 10:30. There was a lot of patient outside waiting to see the doctor. Also the reception was so rude.

If there was a zero star option or even a negative star option it would still be better than what this place deserves. Don't bother making appointments here because they do not even have a system of honouring appointments. The reception staff are rude and openly ignores anyone who is not a Cantonese speaker and allows those who are to cut the line.

Receptionist attitude is terrible, impatient and rude. The doctor specifically told us to call the medical centre, when we did the receptionist refused to listen to us and told us to stop giving excuses and hung up.

Don’t bother with an appointment, nearly 2 hours sitting here being told I would be seen shortly. Unprofessional to say the least. Don’t come here unless you’re happy to spend half of your day in a narrow waiting room with people stepping over your feet the entire time….
