Fantastic clinic - professional, friendly, accommodating. Reception are well organised and customer centric, and premises are modern and clean. It’s a convenient place with many other services in the same building. In particular, we love seeing Dr Amy who is hands down the best GP I have been to my whole life. She listens, is knowledgeable and sets clear treatment plans. She’s also wonderful with my 1 year old Son for all his infant checks, vaccinations and daycare viruses. The nurse is also fantastic for vaccinations - we couldn’t ask for a better clinic!

Highly recommend. Receptionist was friendly and they were running on time with my appointment. The nurse practitioner was amazing and patient with me as I quite nervous before hand. She was really informative and listened to all my questions.

Friendly, professional staff (reception) who know their stuff, always smiling, willing to help every time. Answer the phones quickly. Every doctor I've seen has been great. The app/ website is SO handy when you remember to make an appointment at 10pm, or want to quickly do it during the day - much quicker than a phone call. Convenience of GP, nurse, pathology and pharmacy all in one place. Lots of (free) parking. Appointments available after work, which is great.

Nathaniel is amazing! Super helpful and knowledgeable about niche/ unique issues and willing to do his best to help! Has been fundamental in my ACL Reconstruction surgery and has helped me get back on my feet faster than expected! Amazing physio and will continue seeing him 🙂

Reception staff at Octa Medical are very friendly and helpful. Nathanial the physiotherapist is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and is helping me with the physio I need for my shoulder issues. Would definitely recommend Octa Medical and in particular Nathanial.

Excellent GP practice! The doctors here are incredibly supportive, attentive, and genuinely care about their patients. They take the time to listen and provide thoughtful advice, making you feel comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend to anyone in Penrith looking for quality healthcare

Brilliant. The receptionist were highly experience staff and very helpful in assisting with my needs. The waiting room had ample seating and amendments were clean and tidy. Appointment can be made with a user friendly app and waiting time is minable. Great choice of Doctors to for individual care. Highly recommended.

Fantastic medical centre! I’ve seen several doctors and nurses and have found them all to have a gentle and helpful bedside manner. Reception staff are also willing to help when an appointment is needed. Clean facility - good car park options. So happy we found this as our new family gp. Highly recommend!
