Since being a regular patient here, I highly recommend this practice for their outstanding service. Dr Farrokhi has always provided a professional, comfortable and extremely attentive service. She is very knowledgeable and displays great client care, taking the time to really understand what is going on with her patients and how to tailor treatment to meet their specific needs.

This was one of the worst Drs appointments I've ever had living on this Earth.. There was an opening which I took but had to wait because the Dr had to Pray for 20mins, which was fine with me.
But then when I got called in, I discussed that I was feeling extremely low and burnt out and needed treatment, she was hostile and did not believe me.. She actually snapped at me which was unbelievable after sharing my vunerable state.. She was so rude and uncompassionate. A day after "r u ok day"

No wonder Men don't seek help for these things.

I will share this experience with every local because now I feel even worse. Well done to Dr Tamara Parvani.

We are local and this is our regular medical centre to go! No complaint so far. However, I got surprised that Dr. Narges refused to examine me, stating my flu test came positive and she's going to holiday next week! I'm not sure if it's normal or professional, but I mean, I thought it's a joke! Not even checking temp! And when I said I want to be sure if my ears are clear, the answer was: come back after 5 days if you have a secondary infection!!!!

Unprofessional medical practice. The receptionists are the only professionals here. Dr Farrokhi refused to treat me today when I let her know I was worried I had Covid 19. She was rude and acted in a hostile manner towards me. Her advise and veiwes on covid seemed outdated and not inline with NSW Health advice. The practice just churns through patients and is not concerned with public health and safety at all. I strongly recommend not using this practice.

When my GP of over 30 years retired I was faced with the overwhelming task of having to find a new medical practice.
Health Centre Point provide everything and more for all my medical requirements. From the friendly Receptionists, Nurses to the amazing Doctors, the team are extremely attentive and professional. All the Doctors are my favourites. Highly recommended.

I've been coming to this medical centre for the last 13 years, and always I have been received excellent and professional service from all staff who work here. They are so organised and polite at all times. Dr Ajdari has been my GP for the last 13 years, and he is one of the most knowledgeable, experienced, professional and skilled Dr I've ever seen. Thank you, Dr Ajdari and all people working in this centre and delivering outstanding services to everyone. I would strongly recommend this medical centre to all Sydney residents.

I had an X-ray ordered for my daughter from this practice. The X-ray was faxed on a Monday so I made an appointment that afternoon to see the doctor. They told me the X-ray was not there and to come the following day. So I made an appointment for the following afternoon by which time this was urgent - it was a potential back injury. Not emergency but still urgent - spoke with the receptionist Tuesday morning and they said the X-ray had arrived so made a 4.15pm appointment. Came to pick up X-ray report and receptionist couldn’t find it and said I would have to wait for the doctor. Waited 1 1/4 hours for our appointment and had to intervene because the doctor was about to see a previous patient for a second inquiry before us! I jumped in and said I was not leaving the consulting room until I was seen after waiting this long. She then checked records and told me the x ray wasn’t there. I called the radiologist and he proceeded to tell me he had now faxed it three times and then re-faxed. It was actually with them three days ago sitting in their fax machine. Would NEVER attend this practice again. Unprofessional, disorganised and rude.
