Ive never been to a medical centre with such incompetence. The receptionist were more interested in chatting than doing their job. I attended with a child that had a burn and after 1 hr after my scheduled appointment time I noticed everyone else had been seen. After checking I was told that I wasnt even added to the que to see the Dr with no explanation on why this happened, despite providing my medicare details on arriving at the appointment, as a new patient. Do not go to this clinic if you have other choices. 0 stars.

Dr. Syed has been our family doctor, and we couldn't be more pleased with the level of care he provides. His compassion and kindness are evident in every interaction. What truly sets Dr. Syed apart is his thoroughness in assessments; he takes the time to address all concerns and ensures a comprehensive understanding of our health. We feel fortunate to have such a dedicated and attentive healthcare professional looking after our family.

Dr. Dr Mary Anne Eskaroos Would not recomend taking your kids. My kid went for his fortnightly injection of very painful medication that stings when injected fast. She said that she never done this before, this is not very encoroging for a kid to hear, so he told her where to inject and that secret to less painful injection is taking it slow. She then quickly injected in slightly less fatty tissue next to wear he asked, then she said it was his fault because he jerked his arm. Again, this medicine is known to be very painful, she did not know about it, was warned but decided she knows better.

I have been here a few times and doctors treat parents in a caring and professional manner. Also Admin staff at reception is friendly. She made me welcome and relaxed which I really appreciated when I was really anxious. Recommend this place.

Dr Ash

Dr Syed is reasonable but the quality of the registrars they cycle through this place is pretty low, even for a bulk billing practice. However, the receptionist Shirley is the icing on the cake for this one star review (if I could give 0.5 stars I would). She's extremely rude, unhelpful, lacks understanding of how the medical system works, and really shouldn't be working in a customer-facing role. Go find another job sweetheart!

The lady that works for Clinical Labs has the worst customer service I’ve experienced. She was short rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. I was polite and asked her how she was to which she was one word answers. I’m
not there for the conversation however, if she’s about to stab a needle into my arm a nice friendly person (like the previous two workers that took bloods there) would be nice! I was left with a bruise on my arm and will not be returning!

Great doctors and nurses. Unfortunately the receptionist is rude and unprofessional. I overheard her bad mouth patients in an open environment as well as witnessing her pushing blame onto patients to cover her own incompetence. It is such a shame to have an employee build this toxic environment in an otherwise lovely medical clinic.

The receptionist Shirley is rude, unhelpful, and has terrible customer service skills. Tried to cover up her incompetency as well by saying she didn't know the contact details to make a complaint.

I've been a patient of Dr Syed's for a while now - he is always thorough and even when I make a time to see him he will always review previous visits and double check with me how things are going. He is fantastic - highly recommend him.

Also, the lady who is on reception (her name escapes me!) is an absolute star.
