In the few that I have been here the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, especially Bernadette. I noticed her because the previous times she was as helpful as she was this morning. Mind you I was not the one being served! I also noted a young staffer offer to carry the purchases of an elderly customer to the front - can’t teach that. 5 stars

I have been coming to this discount store for over 30 years and not once have I had a negative experience the service is and always has been exceptional professional and very very friendly with ALL staff.
I have dealt with Lyzar and Elizabeth mostly due to concerns with medication and both are exceptional with their professional help and so so helpful.
All the staff in the store are amazing as well very very helpful and friendly.
I enjoy coming into the store ALWAYS.

I came in to buy a box of Nexium capsules. They had multple shelves of Nexium available in two different boxes with two different sale price tags. The tags for the capsules shelf of which there were 5 or 6 of on display must have been a mistake as the product scanned at full price. The price difference was not much and I am more than ok to pay for it. However, rather than fixing the wrong price they put on, the cashier (older lady) shook her head and rolled her eyes at me when I wanted to show her the wrong tag. I was refund back for the difference from a younger staff member along with the chemist himself which I appreciated. If the owner of this shop is reading this review, please talk to your staff as the rudeness and attitude of this particular staff member doesn't make me want to come back. This is not how you treat your customers.

This pharmacy has the Rudest staff was just serverd by Lauren at the cash register,
who needs to pay attention the the customer that she is serving not the one that her colleague is serving!!!!
Rember guys if it's not for the customers you guys don't have a Job!!!!
Looks like you must have an attitude to be employed there!!!!
