Absolutely wonderful Dr’s practice. Highly recommend any Doctor, all are very professional , knowledgeable , caring, and friendly.
The nursing staff are absolutely fantastic. We are always greeted a friendly smiling face at reception on arrival. We have never waited more than 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time.

The best doctors surgery in existence. The reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Always prompt and reliable. The doctors are very professional and honest. Dr Natalia Bakhilova is endlessly supportive and caring in her work. Have been visiting this surgery since teenage years and will continue to bring my future children and family through these welcoming doors. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

After a phone consult appointment with a doctor I was later called back and told that I would be charged $17 for my appointment. I was not told or made aware of the private billing of this drs surgery until after my appointment had been completed. When I questioned this their response was that we cannot inform all customers of our prices and that it is clearly displayed all over our building. I was disappointed with the lack of explanation on prices prior to my appointment.

Never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a pre-booked appointment.

It's hard to get to see my prefered doctor on the same day as booking, but there is always another doctor available if I need to be seen that day.

Make sure you specify you want to see a bulk billing doctor as some can't bulk bill.

Worst surgery I've ever experienced. Waiting hours after a scheduled visit, rude nurses and some GP's as well. Avoid if at all possible.
