Extremely professional, helpful and empathetic staff.
I was given a last minute unscheduled appointment when the optometrist had a full day already scheduled. Even though this was the case, the optometrist took as much time as was needed to offer detailed explanations, with a great deal of empathy and professionalism.
Office staff were also extremely kind, accommodating and very helpful.
This is a very impressive organisation.
Highly recommend.

Both myself and my 2 children attend EyeQ Kiama and we all find the staff to be excellent, friendly and professional. Our eye tests are extremely comprehensive and everything is very well conducted and explained. We feel lucky to be able to access such a high calibre service locally in Kiama. I recommend them to all.

Good business begins at first contact. The girls at reception were pleasant and highly efficient. It was my first appointment and the optometrist elicited a thorough history of my condition. She was empathetic and very patient and clearly knowledgeable. I took ages choosing new glasses so apologies to the young woman who helped me. In the end I chose the ones she selected first. Just sayin...

While on holidays down near Kiama, our daughter had a problem with her eyes. EyeQ staff fitted in an appointment within a few hours and she was seen by Jean who was lovely, caring and highly professional.
Jeans detailed review and report diagnosed a serious eye condition and we were able to start treatment the same day. Thank you..you are the best.

Very professional and helpful staff. I broke my glass after a terrible fall during my trip. The staff fixed my glass in 30mins at a reasonable cost. The lady also offered me a Bend-aid?. Thank you EyeQ. You have saved my trip!

On my visit to EyeQ yesterday to have my eyes tested in order to renew my licence now that I'm at "that age"..... I have to say that my experience was nothing short of wonderful!!
Bev at the reception desk made me feel welcome and at home.
Using the machine to test my peripheral sight was a pleasant experience and then having Paul do the paperwork and some further checks were no real problem at all.
They were friendly, competent, and personal which made my experience very enjoyable!!
Recommend them to anyone!!

EyeQ in Kiama is hands down, undeniably the best Optometry practice you will ever come across. The professionalism and service are out of this world. The support staff are one of the friendliest and helpful bunch who set the standard of what exceptional service should be. My regular Optometrist was Paul Black, who was extremely thorough, knows his game to the max and is so down to earth. Here you are valued as a patient and always get the care that is required and then some. You never feel like you are being rushed through and all the staff are highly knowledgeable and experienced. You could not be in better hands.

I moved far away from Kiama and sadly can no longer attend. I know that I will never find another team and Optometry service that will measure up to EyeQ Kiama, not even an inch. You guys are the best!
