Great staff!
Everything from walking in the front door and being greeted by a very friendly and welcoming face, to discussing the plans with the teams, as well as the services that are being rendered. Highly recommend everybody there!

I had a wonderful experience at Altus Research recently. I was so thankful my doctor recommended me for a study as I was able to receive the necessary medical care I needed without it costing me anything. Additionally, I was compensated for my time and receive a check at the end of my visit.

Yani was the person who first contact me and set up the appointment. She was professional and kind and made the process very easy. Celeste was my nurse and she was very sweet and kind from the moment she greeted me. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. She made me feel like they were grateful for my participation, which was funny, because I was very thankful so be accepted in the study and receive free medical care. Dr. Siegfried was my doctor and she was wonderful too. She was very professional and considerate and again, she explained everything thoroughly to me. THANK YOU!

By far, the best research center I have worked with. The staff is well knowledgeable, understanding, and caring. They most definitely make you feel comfortable in wanting to participate. I always look forward to having my visits with them. You won’t regret it. ❤️

I had a very pleasant experience. The doctors were amazing, and they always put your health and privacy first. Everyone on the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and courteous. They worked like a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend them to anyone invited to participate in their studies!

This place is amazing. You can tell the staff and doctor really care about the patients unlike many other research companies. They were very transparent in all of my visits, very friendly nurses and doctors. I would recommend and do not understand some of the reviews on here do not seem legit. Place is very clean and follows COVID protocols.

My first experience at a research facility and it couldn’t be more pleasant. You can see everyone in the facility is a team player, everyone helping each other, the place was so busy too. Super nice girls made me feel very comfortable. I will recommend Altus Research to everyone I know.

This was my first time participating in a study so I didn’t have any expectations. Fortunately, the whole experience was great! The study was well organized and the staff was friendly and professional.
I would definitely participate in another study with Altus when the right situation presents.
