Having been to this chemist many times over the last few years to receive my covid and flu vaccines with Chris there was never been a charge to administer these vaccines until today. Whilst i sat in the cubicle waiting for them i was told by the member of staff that there would be a charge and did i want them or not as i queried this and explained Chris had never charged. Perhaps this is a new policy if so communicating at the time of booking would be appreciated.The way this was spoken and handled i felt did not reflect the great and caring service that i have always received.

5 star! 1st class service. Staff are fantastic, friendly, super helpful, they make sure you get what you need & you're well informed about what you are taking. No mistakes made here, very professional. Chris (owner) is a saint, well he should be. Sometimes I think he cares about his staff & customers to much, thanks mate.

The kindest and most helpful pharmacy I have ever been to. Chris and Andrew are wonderful caring people that go out of their way to help you. And unlike most pharmacies that were charging me nearly $100 a MTH for medication supplied by government for FREE Chris does not believe in profiting from people who are in a hard spot and charges $10 . I'm truly grateful it restores my faith in humanity.

Best Chemist I've ever had the pleasure of using. Chris the owner is amazing. The staff are polite and courteous and they always go out of their way to help you.
I drive from Nowra just to fill my scripts with them because of the high level of customer service.

Went in to buy Panadol & Nurophen
Was told and lecturers By Andrew Nurophen was no good for Kidneys
And ask also if I was on Blood Pressure tablets.
I didn't like being told & Lecturered
By a person 30yrs my Junior.
Refused to sell me Nurophen.
I told him I had been Taking Nurophen for years
He was very rude needs to learn about customer service .

Not a great experience, my partner tried to get a cough mixture for my very dry cough, which was aggravating my back each time I coughed as I have a bulging disc. I have had this medication before and it is not
Prescription only. The pharmacist refused to give it the medication and told my husband I need to see a DR about my back.
