As you can see from the reviews this practice is no good. If you want to be treated like a human being go to the vet. You would get better service. They are just wanting to rip off customers and charge above the gap. They also have no respect for patients. They even make referrals to mates in the medical field and fill out these without patient consultation. How can this be in the best interest of the patient or be legal. They should be ashamed.

When you enter the place looks rundown and unwelcoming. Couldn’t get my son in to see his normal doctor which usually bull bills as he’s only five years old. The receptions turns around and says for the first consultation it’s $160 with an $80 gap. Unfortunately I had to walk out as I can’t afford that. Absolute rip-off wouldn’t recommend to anyone. He is now booked in this afternoon with his normal doctor, which will be free of charge the way it should be for children.

Foul medical practice. My mother had a deathly brain CANCER, which they diagnosed as a tooth infection, with zero tests.
Drooping face, intense headache, severe vertigo etc. Was sent to dentist to take the last of her money. Suspect the "dentist" was a mate of the "doctor". Absolutely abhorrent.

Absolutely shameful. Disgusting. Trying to book appointments for lung cancer treatments and the doctor won't see us because we're not regular to him. The regular doctor isn't available for another month (from the same Centre may I add) so we're doing the best we can.
I hope they know someone could die from Lung Cancer because they refuse to do their job and see a client who pre booked. Just putrid and disgusting. I don't even want to give them a star, I want them all to live with that guilt.

I have been a patient here at Clifton medical centre for at least 20 years . I have found Dr Singh to be excellent in all areas .Dr Singh is quick to analyse my conditions, he is courteous and kind and very thorough . Thankyou to the staff who always know my name and are happy and polite…. I won’t be changing Drs ?

Absolutely appalling service provided by this medical centre. When I presented with a cold and an ear infection, the doctor prescribed me with antibiotics that I was later told by my pharmacist were for a UTI/skin infection. They were unable to process a medicare claim, but still took my money, with the doctor loudly proclaiming that "taking money from people is the easiest thing in the world". When I called the next day to ask for my claim to be processed by the receptionist, she informed me that she could not do it over the phone, but that I would have to physically come in again and have to have them charge me a second time to process the claim. Do not go to this medical centre - do not waste your time, your money (the gap is $60 between the $70 rebate and the $130 that they charge), or your energy on a practice that has no idea what it is doing, from the receptionists to the doctors.

Was on holidays and got sick. Checked out the reviews for the various medical centres and found this place. Half hour first visit. The doctor was very thorough and prescribed antibiotics. The office was old and needed a clean or better yet a refurbishment.
This place is not to be confused with the medical centre up the same road.
