It's a real shame that they refuse to develop a system to let their clients know in advance that they are running late. I understand that issues arise and delays occur, but what's the harm in sending an automated text message (or phone call from your many front desk staff), letting us know?
I've been there numerous times now and every single time they are running late, which again, is fine, I just think it would be polite to their customers to be told in advance, so we are not waiting 30-60 mins, in the front room. People have commitments, jobs, kids! Please be more considerate, especially when you expect us to arrive on time.

NO BULK BILLING, EXPENSIVE AND AWFUL CARE.

Do not go to this centre, they hit you with multiple bills after just one check-in. All other centres in the area do bulk billing, go to them, they're cheaper, better and faster.

Healthcare shouldn't be expensive in a crisis. For shame, Robert.

I saw Dr. Clark with a Masters specializing in Skin Cancer. He took the time to develop a rapport with me, provided complete clarification about the procedure, and even followed up with my results on the weekend. The costs were minimal, the service was well-managed and friendly, and it was a good experience. Thank you so much.

Dr Nour is fantastic, she has a kind disposition. Genuinely seems to care and wants to discuss and work collaboratory with you. Doctor Shiv is a laid back GP who is really good at explaining his reasoning. So even if you dont get the result you want you understand why. If they were my doctors it would be an easy five stars.

Unfortunately they were both registrars and had to leave after one year. So that's no longer the experience you get.

Instead now you get Dr Pettterson who was immediately annoyed before even knowing what I was there for and turned the whole appointment in to a dictation. Felt like I was just getting talked at, not with the whole time. Spent half the time saying it's important I tell the truth even though I was about as honest as I could possible be. She had made up her mind about who I was instantly. Seems she is better suited for legal practice rather than medical.

Also please beware that there are numerous studies showing that having a regular GP leads to better to health results. Because this practice is always full of registrars (it's how their business model operates) you will be tossed around to a new dr every year.

Additionally, having to wait 20 to 40 minutes after your scheduled time in the afternoon is not that uncommon. So best to go for a morning appointment if at all possible with your schedule.

I have been a patient of the clinic (Dr Stancevic) for 10+ yrs. Yesterday I had a phone consult with a different Dr for a prescription renal and was charged $48 for a 1minute phone consult. Crazy. Dr Stancevic is brilliant but this experience was very disappointing.

I was booked to have a phone appointment with my usual doctor but she was away that day so as a result I had to switch to a phone appointment with dr Lindsey Peterson. I have been suffering with an illness for many years and I tried to explain that to doctor Peterson and asked her for my usual medicine which I was supposed to get from my usual doctor. After I explain myself and explain my usual medication with dr Peterson, she began to speak to me very rudely and judgmental. I tried to explain to her that this is my usual weekly medication routine. however she ignored me and still spoke to me with a very harsh tone. She could see all my notes, how many times I end up in hospital a week, my usual medication list in the notes and how extensive my illness is. I even told her about my interview on a current affair on how bad my illness is, but she still continued to not care. After this phone call I cried for hours and I felt so low. I have been suffering for so long and I depend on my doctors for help as these are the people trained to help you when you have horrible illnesses. Doctors should never judge and speak down to you the way doctor Lindsey Peterson did to me. My usual doctor at Greenmeadows Medical Centre are absolutely amazing. Doctor nour aladbullah and doctor Alison bembrick have been absolutely amazing and have helped me through my painful journey, they are my saving grace and I couldn’t keep going without them. I will never see doctor lindey Peterson again. She is extremely judgmental and inappropriate!

Tried to make what I thought was a basic request to the receptionist. Found out It wasn't possible, so I suggested other possible solutions but was instead condescendingly rebuked and told:

1. "thats not how any of this works"
2. Your gp doesnt work here anymore anyway

(Yes he said point one and point two when speaking in person)

Went to different practice and they used my solution. OK buddy.
