Joining Mid North Coast Karate has been one of the best decisions of my life. I joined as a 43 year old mum because my son loved it and encouraged me to join. My daughter has since joined and we all adore the family that is Mid North Coast Karate. Senseis Pete, Anissa and Shaun have shown me that I can do things I never thought possible, and I can't imagine life without karate now. It lifts me up when I've had a bad day, and gives me focus and courage in every aspect of my life. The comraderie and social aspect as well as the discipline and physical aspect of karate makes Mid North Coast Karate one of my favourite places to be. Domo Arigatoo Gozaimasu, Senseis!! OUS!!

Mid north coast karate has been amazing for our entire family. It’s a spot that parents can do with their kids and the discipline and fitness has done nothing except benefit our entire family. It’s a community and not just a turn up once a week kind of sport. Our kids have gained confidence and ability and we are forever grateful for the opportunity to be involved.

Highly recommend this club. My son has trained there for 3 years going from a reluctant hour a week to training 3 times a week and never missing a session. They take a truly holistic approach to training, providing support and encouragement at every class and he goes for his 3rd Kyu Brown Belt next month!
