Came for my partners permanent residency medical. Booked it online for the 17/09 but confirmation came for 8/10. We had driven all the way from Sydney. We spoke with Mackenzie and Bree at reception. They were super helpful and understanding. They managed to squeeze us in.
Service was very prompt and professional. Dr Erin was very warm and accommodating. Sitting in the waiting room and watching the patients coming in, everyone seemed to be treated quickly and professionally.
It was an absolute pleasure to come here and highly recommend them.

I've been a patient at Port Macquarie Medical Centre for several years now, and I have consistently experienced top-notch care and professionalism and can not recommend the centre more.

The undercover parking area makes life so easy with plenty of parks to choose from with an easy accessible lift up to reception where you will be greeted by the beautiful, friendly staff. The waiting area is clean and maintained as well as very spacious with plenty of room to spread out and sit away from other patients. There are comfortable lounge chairs to relax in to while you wait. I've never had to wait too long past my appointment time, which is a testament to their excellent scheduling system.

The doctors are truly exceptional, they take their time to listen to your concerns and thoroughly explain any diagnoses or treatment options. I've always felt like they genuinely care about my well-being, which is incredibly reassuring as a patient.

From the lovely reception to the amazing doctor, couldn’t ask for better. I traveled from Sydney just to get my visa appointment, and I would do it again 10 times if needed. What a pleasant experience. The staff is amazing!

This is my 3rd medical visa over my period of stay in Australia. I had to travel all the way from Sydney as it was the earliest date I could get, but it was all worth it. The staff are lovely and accommodating. There was a lot of room and not crowded. I didn’t feel rushed as well. Best part is, I do not have to hang out on a lobby wearing an Xray gown without a bra along with other customers. My procedures went for less than 30mins.
