I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your clinic recently. I felt discriminated against and confused by the poor communication and lack of professionalism.

I visited Harp Family Medical Centre for some testing yesterday and received a call from the receptionist today, claiming that they did not have my contact details, that I hadn't paid, and that they didn't even have my name on record.

Furthermore, regarding my test results, I was instructed to call back in 3-7 days because the doctor or nurse would decide whether to contact me with the results or let me find out myself. When I asked if the doctor had left any notes, the receptionist said nothing had been added, making me feel like a ghost patient being tossed aside.

Additionally, I was informed that the doctor is no longer accepting new patients after my visit yesterday. It is unacceptable for a clinic to decide, a day later, to drop a patient while they are waiting for test results and to instruct them to find another doctor and clinic.

As someone who values the importance of healthcare professionals, I was very polite and cooperative during my visit, hoping to receive the necessary testing and treatment. However, I left feeling discriminated against and confused. While I am sure most of the doctors at your clinic are great, I will not be returning after this experience. It was ridiculous and disappointing.

I am willing to provide more information if needed, as no patient should have to endure such a horrible experience when seeking help from healthcare professionals.

Really good GP practice, one of the best in Kew. It is really family oriented and the staff are helpful and professional, and also accommodating for additional patients to wait in the waiting area. Went to get my COVID boosters and didn’t have to wait long. The person administering the vaccines Kew what to do and how to administer it.
I would recommend this clinic. They also have a pathology and things are done in a nice and timely manner.

I have been a patient here for over 2 decades and I think it is an exceptional practice. Initially seeing Professor Jane Gunn but now that she's left clinical practice I've seen both Dr Sara Hussan and Ashley Nguyen and am impressed by their thoroughness and professionalism. As a Doctor myself I would like to extend my thanks for your ongoing care.

Dr Alan Lee and Dr Sara Hassan are just beyond words! They have all the time and care in the world, never once making me feel as if anything was left unanswered or a problem was too big.

Definitely the hidden gems of Harp.

I've never had a problem like this in the 10 yrs I've been here, but today, the Reception Staff are one the worst Dr's Reception I've ever come across when it comes to money. I recently retired and so paying for Consultation has become a Burden. On my last standard TeleHealth Call, I was charged $135.05, I enquired why am I being asked to pay that amount? It's always @ $85.00 I was told it was a video call, I disputed it cause it was non video so it went down to $123.00 I explained it was still too high as I'm now on the Pension and so will need more time for such a high charge, the receptionists' absolute indifference and unkind manner was disgusting. Even though I've been a patient of this Clinic for nearly 10 yrs, I was made to feel your bill must be paid for ASAP with a late payment charge on top for a 9 days old consultation invoice. I wont be going back there again, time to find another clinic. Regrettably my Dr, Sarah Hasan, is the best Dr one could hope for but I cannot stay with a clinic that lets me know money is more important than the patients

Dr Jamie French has been very supportive and accommodating of chronic health conditions and offers understanding and patience for CPTSD. He is a good example of quality private fee practice; Dr French is an asset to general practice.

Finally after almost 11 years in Australia, I feel I can trust my Doctor. I searched alot and I found good reviews for Dr. Sara. she’s a great listener, amazing in details, always passionately explaining the issue and treatments and I totally trust her judgment.
