In this place you get punished for being well. They told me I have been retired as a patient because I haven’t seen a doctor in 3 years, and that I will need to return as a new patient, see a nurse first, then see a doctor. And this of course means no appointments for the next two weeks. If they hadn’t retired my records there was an appointment as soon as tomorrow.
I’ll find another doctor. Thanks for nothing.

This is a great local community medical centre. This is the second site for this highly entrepreneurial group. Entrepreneurial and yet highly caring and community concerned. The doctors here have all been excellent in my experience - Dr Craig Barry is amazing! The receptionists are so good at dealing with a busy practice. People come in late, others come in on the wrong day, they deal with this with admirable patience and grace. There is good parking here on site and over the road. My daughter just received her 2nd covid19 jab here today and the process was polite and fast. They were offering a prize for the 10000th jab. Unfortunately we didn’t get the prize but NSW did hit 80% vaccine just at the time she got her jab so I’m pretty sure she was the one to bring NSW freedom - a bit like Jesus brought freedom to you and me. Overall we all get the prize of living in a time when medical care can protect us from viruses. Highly recommended.

Been going to this practice for seven years. Moved to another town where I couldn't get in to see a doctor straight away for a heart medication I had been taking for several years. I asked for a script from this surgery and I was told that they wouldn't help because I was no longer a patient. They told me to ring a online doctor which cost me $150 for a script. Disgusted. thanks so much for your caring!

Personally had a horrible experience with the receptionists, I was on their books for over 3 years and hadn’t need to go to the Doctors for a while. They then took me off the books with no phone call or letter because I haven’t been sick recently.
Now when I urgently needed to see a doctor they basically said bad luck or gave me a very unreasonable offer.
I’m sorry I don’t need to spend week in the doctors?

Great practice. All the staff are great and understanding. Dr mark loman is a great GP the best we have ever seen he is personal and genuinely cares about what is going on. 5 star me and my family I strongly recommend him as a GP.

Waited 2 weeks to see the doctor, arrived checked in at 2:45 for a 3 pm appointment at 4:05 I approached receptionist asked if it wld be much longer ? Was told I hadn’t been checked in, I stated that was impossible as I checked in with my partner who’s being seen & the receptionist even told me my address.
I was then told she’d “see if the doctor cld see me”.
I then decided to go to their other practice & refused medication as the doctor did know me. Thanks for wasting my afternoon.
