I feel I was meant to meet Kate. There was something immediately comfortable when we first met which made the sessions incredibly fluid. Kate had a way of making me feel comfortable and safe. She helped me uncover and connect with parts of me that I had buried deep since childhood with overwhelming positive energy. Even the smallest events we found had a hold on who I was being. Thank you Kate. The things I learnt from you and the techniques I continue to tap in to today have helped me change the direction of everything in my life with excitement. You are so gifted, I am eternally grateful. I highly recommend Kate without hesitation.

I have had just two sessions with Kate and I have achieved more in those two session than I have in 20 years plus of different therapies. I felt safe and supported so much so that there no effort on my part to move massive energy blocks that have been crippling me all my adult life.
