Mum enjoyed her 28 days respite here at bupa and we are all glad that she met other members/people to mingled with. We want to thank everyone who help her while she is at the care of Bupa. The Staffs are wonderful and the people around her. The environment is also lovely and peaceful. Thank you to everyone for looking after mum. Appreciate all of you. Your a legend.

Went to look around on Friday, Tracy escort through the home, very nice layout for the residents. Tracy was extremely helpful. I think my Uncle & Aunty will have wonderful care there.

I'm giving this place a 5 star based purely on the staff and management, absolutely lovely. My mum and dad went here recently, and it was traumatic to say the least. They are both with it mentally so it was hard to put them here, but boy oh boy, they have been cared for and loved and hugged and looked after. The day trips could be better, they seem to be for the real elderly, it would be so good to see them go to Port Macquarie for the day, some live music, a nice pub, not everyone in there has dementia and wants teddy bears and music from the 40's, but a nice meal and some ocean and sunshine would be good for the soul and the food can be a little hit and miss - but as far as far and warmth, i give them 5 stars. 🙂 i can't rate the staff and warmth enough and that's most important in my mind.

Bupa Aged Care Kempsey Respite Services provided excellent customer service from the first point of contact by phone, through to the face to face meeting / induction. The facility is modern and clean with an excellent and accessible outdoor garden arena. All staff were kind, courteous and understanding of my needs. A huge THANKYOU to to all the staff at BUPA KEMPSEY, my mum had a 2 week stay with them in November, mum has loved her time there so much she wanted to buy the room so that she doesnt miss out If she wants to return?
The staff accommodated everything we asked, such lovely people.

This aged care facility is exceptional for the costs. I would like to advise you of our absolute pleasure in recommending this facility to anyone. My sister inlaw loves it here, the staff and management are helpful, friendly and kind and take care of my sister inlaw in a holistic caring way.

Had a tour in facility, very clean with friendly staff. Loved the garden and men's shed available. Great views from room to garden, lots of activities happening and very happy clinical knowledge of carers.
