Very professional, the receptionist was so caring and helpful and went far and beyond to help us with an urgent appointment and they sweezed us in between appointments. The Dr also was very caring, patient and helped us emencely, thankyou Dr Gorbatkov

Just moved too Kempsey from Adelaide and due too my illnesses needed to find a compassionate and caring doctor. Dr Wood was just the type of doctor I was looking for. Caring, understanding and a great listener. I highly recommend this practise to everyone

I will not come back here ever again because I was spoken to quite rudely that I'll half to fork out $30 which I could've been told ages ago. The way the staff and bosses spoke to me was rude and disgustingly nasty I'll take my business elsewhere. I happened to be also very rudely spoken to by receptionist due to a mask, unless you put out a sign saying masks required I'll be walking in without one, and if I'm disrespected by these mysoginist staff I'll find somewhere else.

Can't rate this place highly enough...best Drs around. Anywhere. Esp. Dr Ing & Dr Paulino. Just fantastic G.P's and awesome people. Kind, compassionate souls who truly care and endeavor to get to the bottom of any & all ailments. Plus, Lisa & the girls out the front run a very tight and professional - yet warm & friendly - ship (not to mention, Vonnie the nurse is a darn hoot!) Goodluck getting in if you're a new patient though...they're just too popular!!
