I had an appointment today with Dr. Neethu N Geetha. This young lady was punctual and extremely professional. I would also like to shout out to Lorraine, the dental assistant. What a great experience it was to have these awesome professionals taking care of me. Great job, ladies.

My big toe was butchered by podiatrist. It was gouged, for no reason, with unnecessary force. Will never trust another podiatrist again. Don't go there. They're dangerous to your health. I've NEVER had an ingrown toe nail. He gouged my toe like he was digging out an ingrown toenail. WRONG!!! He's caused so much pain in my foot and has probably invited my metastatic breast cancer down into my foot. Idiots. Don't trust a podiatrist EVER!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

I had a Dental appointment here today. It was the first time I had been here and I was rather anxious. The service I received from the moment I got there was very professional, polite, friendly and exactly how things should be. I do not know the name of the Dr who looked after me, but it was one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. The whole experience was 5/5 for me

For dentist visits, please avoid Dr Dang.

I just went for a teeth filling and had the worst dentist visit I’ve ever had. She put in dental dams due to covid (think like a hairdresser apron but for your tooth) and the clamp had to be put on 3 times and I had 3 huge ulcers appear on surrounding gums after the appointment due to it being wrongly put on.

For local anaesthetics, she just rubbed numbing cream vigorously on my gums and ended up injecting an area that wasn’t covered by the cream which was a nasty surprise.

Had to go to another dentist just to get it checked out.

I have been attending here for a month for wound care. I want to say a huge thank you to Yashika the community nurse who has looked after me. Apart from being a first class professional nurse she is a kind caring person who made a tough experience much easier than I expected. Thank you Yashika ! You certainly chose the right career when you became a nurse !

I drive UBER and dropped one african customer named Favor aged 18/20 years who is working this medical centre. After I dropped her I went to the Bankstown with another customer. After I dropped that customer I heard ring tones from back seat of my car and found someone left her phone at my car. I received that call and found that customer called that phone from the medical centre asked me to give her phone back to the medical centre. I told her as I’m working I cannot come back straight way, I will drop the phone to the UBER office and she can collect from there. But she requested me to drop the phone medical centre instead of UBER office as it is very urgent to have her phone back and agreed to pay the fare to come MARRICKVILLE. When I reached there two ladies one of them wearing white color shirt aged 35/40 with that customer aggressively came to my car and snatched the phone and my wallet (later found my wallet on the street) without paying my fare. It seems to me like robbery in daylight, I strongly recommend to the management to look after that matter for such a kind of their staffs. If that medical centre has such a kind of staffs how would we expect good customer service from them.

Was a few years ago, but will never forget I was told the only way I could be given the anxiety meds I desperately needed was if I tried to kill myself. This was after the messed up the first appointment and made me come back even though I took time off work and walked there on foot. Very rude and not helpful at all.

Went for regular baby health check. The nurse was cold, wasn’t interested in answering our questions. The overall visit was a waste of time and unnecessary hassle for the baby.
