Very easy to get an appointment, and there wasn't a long wait to be seen. Friendly and efficient staff, and quick reports. The patient portal, where you can see reports, is brilliant.

Great service. From check-in to ultrasound, everything was done quickly. The one who did my ultrasound, she was very professional and friendly. Highly recommended for their efficiency and professionalism.

Very bad communication specially at the north sydney center, they do not pick phone, keep waiting for more than half an hour, the person who picked the phone at call center named Paul was trying to get rid of the phone as soon as he can. then he said they do not send email, i need to visit there, where as when i rang carnes hill one they straight away email me the papers i need. what a joke. also they always take ages to send the reports to the GP. They should improve or they should shut down.

The beautiful lady that did my 3 yr old ultrasound was absolutely amazing. She talked to my daughter the whole time making her feel comfortable and praising her for following instructions.(I didn’t get her name sorry) thank you for your service. Appreciate it very much.

I wouldn't go to this place if you are pregnant.
The first time I had been there sitting in the waiting room , and 3 people entered the building to be covid tested because they had symptoms! And they let them sit in the building while sick , coughing evreything, I was actually shocked. Me being 32 weeks pregnant that was the last thing I'd want to catch! They should have signs on the door to state that people come in there to be tested for covid !
