Only leaving a one star review because I can't give zero.
BEWARE: They did not help me when I was having an asthma attack on Wednesday 28/08. It was a medical emergency but they rejected me because I couldn't pay the 90 dollars. They did not ring an ambulance. I tried to use Medicare and the receptionist said it wouldn't work. They gave me my Medicare card back and told me to leave.
I went into a chemist and collapsed. An ambulance called and I was hospitalised for 4 days.
GOOD TO KNOW THAT YOU CARE ABOUT MONEY MORE THAN SOMEONES LIFE.

Best medical Receptionist in area. Always listen, understand and use commonsense to priority. Make doctors approachable, otherwise I started feeling that no doctor is available in area. I recommend Dr Gupta who never let your situation go worst. She is very knowledgeable and give best advice, your child needs. Now I am not gonna go anywhere else.

I visited the practice for the first time this morning and was seen by Dr Sangeeta Gupta. I cannot recommend her enough. As this was my first time to the practice, she was patient with me and took the time to understand my medical history. I didn't feel rushed, she listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease with her expertise and advice for my treatment moving forward.
Thank you Dr Gupta for your valuable service. You are a true asset to this practice.

Dr Sara is a awesome doctor she is very polite and caring most importantly she listens to the patients problems. I have been seeing her more than 10yrs she is the best doctor there. For Dr Gupta who gave a sneaky comment how I react to most medications and not the specific one I asked for sorry to tell everybody is different and they do react to medication differently. When some is sick they don’t need sneaky judgement that gives the sick patients more stress and feel like a criminal. Dr Gupta please go to the empathy training it will help you to be a better doctor

My family has been coming to this practice since before 2006. They have always been the best provider, and are quick to come up with answers and remedies for all of our ailments. In 2018 Dr Kalasabail referred me to emergency after almost becoming paralyzed from a disc injury. The front desk staff Colleen and Sue are the best at keeping appointments organized and getting paperwork ready for us when we need it. I don't mind if there is a bit of a wait, because I know they are busy giving great medical attention to somebody who needs it. I laughed at some of these reviews because I know this practice very well. You wouldn't get angry at the airport because they take extra time to make sure the plane is safe to fly. Dr Wadhera and all of the Doctors here are wonderful and will help you with whatever you have going on.

I waited more than 25 mins after my scheduled appointment to take my son to see Dr Ajay Wadhera. After very briefly examining my son’s face he confidently told me he is allergic to insect bites (said most likely mosquitoes). I questioned it as he’s been bitten before and never had a reaction like this. He firmly told me it was and everything I needed to get for it. I asked one last time before I left if he was sure it wasn’t an infection in his eye and he brushed it off like I was wasting his time.

I ended up taking my son to the hospital the next day because his eye had become much worse even after taking the medication Dr Ajay Wadhera prescribed. It was confirmed at the hospital that my son had cellulitis and we had to stay overnight to receive his antibiotics through a drip. All of which could’ve been less severe if diagnosed correctly at the beginning.

Will definitely not be returning and if I could give a 0 I would.

My introduction to the practice was Christine on reception, who, at the end of a long day, made space for me to see a very genuine doctor. I am so grateful as Christine recognised that if her practice did not assist me, it was going to be a long night in a hospital emergency waiting room. Thankyou to you Christine and the sincere doctor who consented to fit me in.

Have been coming here quite a while. The reception staff are great and very obliging with appointment times when they can be, but it is a busy practice, so they can only do so much:-) However, they are always there with a smile. Wait times can vary with appointments, but I don’t mind, because it is not a practice where Doctors make you feel rushed once you are with them, so I would rather wait a little while and know you are not going to be rushed to finish a consult:-))
