What a big difference from the clinic I was visiting before!! Love all the doctors and staff. Clemente Baez in front desk is a strong access to us and the Wellness Center. His dedication and help is very much appreciated. I'm really happy I found this place and that my arthritis is much better and under control.

The very first visit was great. Mrs. Angela and Mr. Clemente were great. There after HORRIBLE medical service after the first visit. You are not calling the medical office's direct number. It is a call center and they contact the medical center. Last Wednesday 1/17/24, I called the office and explained that my mother needed a refill on one of the medications. The person I spoke to did not know of course because I was calling the call center not the medical office. She did try to help me and told me she sent the doctor a message. Today is 1/22/24, I have not heard from no one. I called again today, and explain to the gentlemen that my mom needed this medication. He Put me on hold for 9 minutes and came back and said no one up the phone at the clinic at 2:36PM but he did send and urgent message to the doctor about the medication. My point is don't present a pretty picture at the beginning if you are not going to give the same service in the long run.

I took my mother today for her first appointment with this medical center. From the point of first trying to make an appointment to her visit today, everything has been smooth and wonderful. The reception staff (Isa), intake nurse (Mimi) and the doctor (Mario). were all super helpful, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. They offer transportation, which is a huge plus for our needs. In addition, the center houses many services, like lab work, therapy, dental and more. I have been wanting a one-stop shop for my mom's medical and care needs and I think I have found it. So far, excellent!

a very bad medical service, the doctor does not send the medication refills on time and my mother-in-law was left without blood pressure medicine for 4 days and she is an 86-year-old woman.

No lo recomiendo, pasas muchísimo trabajo para los referidos, No atienden el teléfono directo en la clínica te atiende un centro de llamadas que te deja en espera 30 minutos o más. La dentista me mandó para sala de emergencia con una septicemia( infección severa) por mala práctica de procedimiento dental. Horrible el servicio.
