Went in this morning to take my son and the lovely receptionist helped us fill in form as we’ve never been before & got us an appointment right away. From the wonderful nurse who saw us & the fantastic doctor on duty who helped us. Thank you so much. Great local medical centre if your in the Austral area.

Dr Abu is very knowledgeable and nice person. Since 2021 Dr Abu doing my regular health check up. He explain the test report in detail and advise necessary steps. His wife Dr Tabassum also doing great job for my family. She has given tremendous advice during my wife pregnancy.

I rang on 5/4/24 regarding a new prescription for my bed ridden father.
The guy at the surgery said I need to come in to see thr doctor by appointment only.

An appointment was booked for 8/4/24 9:30am. I didn't go to work in the morning and to be told at the surgery I need to make another appointment with Dr Aboud.
I've never encountered such a pathetic doctors surgery in my life.

If they can't manage appointments, I wouldn't trust them with any medical advice.
Incompetent the least !!!!

Face to face consultation in the first instance was beneficial however when I called for follow up phone consult the following day, the surgery insisted I needed to go in for a face to face consult despite telling them that I am sicker than the following day with what the doctor had diagnosed the previous day and unable to drive. By the time my spouse would arrive home the doctor I had seen on my initial visit would have left and I was to see another doctor. I believe they need to be flexible to their patient needs
