He may be a good ENT but there are many others around who are better and actually respect that their patient's time is important. You can usually expect to wait 2 hours of more as this doctor has no time management and books too many patients in on one day. Most staff are nice but some are rude but can understand as they must cop a lot from patients fed up with always having to wait!! Recommend finding another ENT. Dr Serefli didn't even have the courtesy of returning my GP's phone call to him.

Sadly it's impossible to give a ZERO (0) for this practice and I have never had the opportunity to even see the good Doctor. To explain.
I tried to call the practice several times (earliest call being October 16th, 2023) but I always got a recorded message from a grumpy sounding lady whose recorded voice basically told me to "ring back as we're busy". I did get an an email address so I sent all my details, as well as other relevant information via email to the email address provided. I waited several weeks and never got a response from anyone at this practice so I rang again. Same problem, no one answered my call. I sent yet another email and still got zero (0) response from this practice.
I have informed my GP (who referred me to this Doctor) about all this and he was disgusted and said that he and the rest of the Doctors at this Practice will no longer refer ENT patients to Dr Serefli.
Enough said.

2 years of waiting and rescheduled appointments to try and get my daughter assessed for severe adenoid and tonsil issues that are causing health problems, to be seen once and sent for a scan. Waited again until we were moving interstate at which time I was told we could just call to get her records sent to our new doctor. When I did this the receptionist was extremely rude and said we needed to get our new doctor to send a request for information. Did this and waiting 2 months with nothing sent. Meanwhile I have a now 3yr old who regularly stops breathing several times a night.

Forced to attend this guy due to limited options. Complete disregard for patients time. Had appointment changed after a 5 month wait, arrived early and he wasn't even on the premises. Amongst 10 people waiting for him to return from doing errands. Returned with a coffee in hand. Absolutely horrible that he benefits so significantly from a system under stress.

After many attempts to call and ignored emails to confirm if my ct scan would be acceptable I fronted there nowra office today only to be told that the Dr will be ~3 hrs late and that the receptionist didn't have time to call me and advise.
You need to have more respect for your patients and only book in patients you can realistically see in one day.

Waited 4 months for an appointment to then show up to appointment and be told I would have to wait 2.5 hours to see the Dr. Other patients were actually advised by the clinic via a phone call that there was a wait however I was not told and when questioned about the issue, staff mentioned it was "overlooked". Honestly, I couldn't care less if this Dr is the best in the Illawarra, he needs to get his schedule organised more accurately. An almost 3 hour wait with no definite answer on when I would see the Dr is just not acceptable.

Very bad management so rude.
I waited more than 3 month to get the appointment for my litte girl and my friend told me to call them In the same day as the Dr is always late the manager told me the are running LATE and we colud wait more than 2 hours as he is seeing another patients. Can't believe if I didn't call I will go and wait for 2 hr with little girl. And at the end they rescheduled the appointment and the manager told me she can't guarantee that the Dr will be on time. No respect at all.
