I have been a patient of Dr. Abdul for a few years now, he is so patient and kind.
Dr Abdul has always shown empathy on all my visit with him.
He is truly one of the best doctors I have seen in a long time, old school with a positive outlook as a Doctor.
When I had to see a nurse, they are kind and gentle and willing to put you at ease.
Front desk ladies are polite.
Sometimes I have to wait, these things do happen, but overall the wait isn't too long if you have booked an online appointment.
Surgery is clean and spacious.
And if an ex-ray is required you hop in the lift and go to the first floor, how good is that!

There are some good doctors but they are very clearly understaffed. Typical wait time WITH an appointment has been consistently about 40 minutes for me. If you are walking in.. my god. Good luck. 2-3 hours has been the usual. You have a responsibility as a medical business to keep your word to ensure the safety of your patients. Don’t tell someone you can take them in at 11am and give them a rushed 5 min consultation at 1:30pm. And especially don’t give simple consultations like parents taking their kids in for a runny nose to the really good doctors in high demand, it just wastes everyone’s time. Took my dad recently for a blood test and he is quite old and frail and has trouble leaving the house. We waited an hour and a half sitting in those godawful reception chairs with zero back support even though we were booked in. Yesterday was my last straw we will be going elsewhere. DO BETTER. Unacceptable.

We booked our son's circumcision procedure with Dr Abdul at Austral Medical centre. Being by ourselves and first time parents, Dr Abdul and nurse Sonia were absolutely amazing with explaining us the procedure and after care instructions. Dr also followed up with us to ensure our son procedure healed properly. It's very rare to find doctors who take such care with their patients. Absolutely impressed.

Every doctor here is so compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr Wissam Ghamrawi has supported me through my mental health and has always listened to me and never rushed me during appointments, and makes me feel valid. He is also a great doctor for my 2yo twins!

The reception staff at this clinic are helpful and accommodating. However, the quality of care can vary—some doctors are fine, but others seem to lack the experience or attention needed, which is disappointing.

The biggest issue, though, is the Wait time. It consistently ruins what could otherwise be a decent visit. Whether you've booked an appointment or you're walking in, you should prepare to wait for at least 2-3 hours before seeing a GP. The wait times just keep getting longer, and it's frustrating to sit around for hours for a quick 5-minute consultation. It’s clear they need more doctors available to handle the volume of patients and reduce the strain on the few that are there. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like they're making any effort to address this, as the situation continues to get worse with every visit.

The proximity to my home is the only reason I continue to come here, but the long waits and lack of improvement are making me seriously reconsider whether it’s worth it anymore..

I recently visited Austral Medical Centre and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and really took the time to understand our needs.

Dr. Rasha, in particular, goes absolutely above and beyond to guide us with our health. She provided us with good advice on medication and made sure we felt comfortable with our treatment plan.

I also saw a male doctor during my visit yesterday, and although I can't remember his name, he was very helpful as well.

Overall, I highly recommend Austral Medical Centre for their exceptional care and dedication to their patients.
