So glad I found Better Shape Fitness. Kylie is an excellent trainer who knows how to maximise your workouts and training programs for best results. Always friendly and supportive, I have been so happy with the difference training with Kylie has made to my fitness, strength and wellbeing. The gym is the friendliest and most down to earth I have trained in in more than 30 years of on/off membership. Thanks Kylie!

I have just started training with Kylie at Better Shape Fitness and it’s been an excellent experience. The gym Health Haus is clean and well maintained with all the equipment. What I really like is the App which makes workouts incredibly convenient, keeps me on track and offers a variety of workout plans. My new year’s resolution is to loose weight and getting fit. Here I am with Kylie for shortly 3 months. I can see the transformation happening. Never been with personal trainer before and Kylie is tze right one to have. She is knowledgeable and inspirational. I have motivation to go to gym as many times as I can. Her programs are designed to suit many, young or old, strong or weak. I wouldn’t have any hesitation to recommend Kylie to anyone!

I have been training with Kylie for over 2 years now. Every day is different and the workouts are always varied with an emphasis on giving a total body workout. Kylie is super helpful and always encouraging. Because of the flexibility of hours you get the benefit of one on one training with Kylie without paying the enormous price tag. In terms of value for money and personal service I don’t know of any other gym in Wollongong that provides this. I can’t recommend Kylie highly enough. Give it a try. You will not regret it! Also, all of Kylie’s clients are very friendly and encouraging too!

Working with Kylie has been amazing! I’d never stepped foot into a gym 5 months ago and now regularly train 4-5 times per week. Her encouragement, and positive and friendly attitude have led to me making lifelong changes in not only the amount of exercise I do but changed my relationship with food. I love that I have a personal trainer who pushes me without having to book in times so I can fit it into my schedule. I can’t recommend Kylie enough!!!

I have been with Kylie as a trial as I was looking to improve fitness and strength but was not interested in joining a gym. I am middle aged and don’t feel comfortable being surrounded by super fit young people. I signed up with Kylie within a few weeks as she delivers as promised - personalised program, explanations, supervision , feedback, always a smile or joke and making me feel more comfortable in a gym environment. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to be pushed a bit and wants to mix fitness with strength in a friendly, encouraging, personalised environment.

I have returned to exercise after a long absence, i am currently in my second week and have been 5 times!
Kylie is awesome, she always has a smile and greets you by your name, her personal training sessions are on demand in the morning between 6am - 10am and afternoons 4pm - 6.30pm Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, 7am-10am on Sat so you can turn up anywhere during these times and know that you will be supported by a PT.
No session has been the same, the workouts change and Kylie adapts exercises to work in with any medical conditions/injuries.

Everyone i have met there is enjoying the workouts and having a PT on demand, its been the best gym i have joined....i actually look forward to going and feel great when i leave.

Working with Kylie during the 28 day challenge has been great. She is very supportive and makes all her clients feel very welcome. The flexibility of the class times are very convenient and definitely fit in to your every day life. The whole experience has been very enjoyable.
