As a new patient I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the reception staff were to me and other patients both in the surgery and over the phone. The Dr Vakil was extremely thorough and explained all processes and procedures to me. My daughter had recommended I visit this medical centre and I was more than satisfied with my experience and can not rate them highly enough.

Nowhere to sit. Always packed. Wife pregnant had to sit in car to wait. To come in 45 mins later and still have no where to sit. Doesnt follow appointment schedules. Total of 8 chairs between 2 doctors.

Friendly and professional front desk staff. Dr Vakil never rushes you through your appointment and you always feel heard. Dr Vakil has helped our family through many health issues and we are very glad we found his practice.

Extremely long wait times even as the first appointment of the day. Doctor is currently 30mins late with no word to reception. If Doctor Vakill shows this litte regard to his appointment times can't imagine he shows regard for his patients. Will be referring my participant's to other practices. Nursing staff is Extremely friendly and the only reason this isn't a 1 star review.

I live at Shellharbour and there are many fine GP’s locally, however I travel to Bellambi to see Dr Vakil as he is an exceptional Doctor who provides a very high level of medical service. In addition to being highly knowledgeable and professional he has a genuine interest in the well being of his patients.

Being an interstate visitor I was helped by the reception staff. Treated by Dr Vakil who was caring and empathetic towards my concerns. And gave me great tips for my health. A great experience would definitely recommend.
