Gave up smoking seven years ago but still had the lines around my mouth and lips. Decided to give a filler a try and it was my first time here. Felt very comfortable and relaxed and the doctor had great knowledge of technique. A week later I can honestly say the results are very satisfying and my money was well spent. This business is hopelessly unorganised.
They call to cancel appointments at the last minute and then can’t fit you in for another 2 weeks, staff show up late to open shop, IPL machine broke down mid session once and in one of my sessions the technician brushed over a tattoo on my ankle and it burned for the rest of the day.

Only reason I went back was because I pre-purchased laser sessions. Wouldn’t waste my time with them again.

Some of the staff know what they’re doing but as a whole , the business really needs to work on consistency and organisation.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not waste your time and definitely do not pay for any services in advance. Terrible customer service, cancelling appointments last minute, sometimes without even telling you, so you turn up for your appointment and waste your time only to find out it’s been cancelled. No solutions on when you can rebook and no following through on services you have paid for but cannot be given. They also don’t give refunds even when they can’t provide the service that has already been paid for.
