Difficult to say if any good. My daughter has a bite on her arm that we've been treating and watching; today she said she felt sick and promptly threw up. Obviously I'd like someone nearby to give her a once over; this practice is "not taking new patients" despite my letting them know I am looking to have a once over for my 7-year-old daughter. Let that sink in a moment. Not the ideal way to attract new patients. And as a Google Reviewer, here you go.

This is one of the best medical centres in Wollongong. The receptionists are wonderful and very helpful. I took a very ill friend today to see Dr Rui Feitosa and he was Fantastic. Very helpful, very approachable and actually took the time to listen. I highly recommend and am so very grateful to the Dr and staff that looked after us today. 5 stars

TERRIBLE not even worth 1 star!!!...Went into the centre on Sunday after I had seen Dr Khoo 6 days earlier as my son was still unwell. I have never been treated like that in my life. My kids had been to Crown West Medical since we moved here almost 5 years ago and we moved with our Dr to his new clinic last year however the records were there. Not only was i told to 'decide' which clinic I was going to go to even though I told the Dr I had been there 6 days earlier AND my GP doesnt work on a sunday but was sarcastic and rude and gave me a script told me to go get my son a covid test and an xray and to call my GP in the morning and go see him. I will never go back he was so concerned my son had COVID and wouldn't assess him properly but the receptionist wasn't even masked up..

My wife and her mother both rave about Dr. Loo. He’s very personable and goes out of his way to make sure your health comes first. Very attentive. Makes me want to visit.
