I never write reviews. Ever. But I've unfortunately had cause to come to this centre four times in the last two months and the services have been fantastic. Every part of it. The nurses are wonderful and kind. The doctors competent and efficient. The location is convenient with lots of parking. The premises are clean and comfortable. Creating these centres was a genius move for the government. It relieves the pressure on ED at the hospital and the wait times for me have been 20 minutes, 20 minutes, 1.5 hours and 40 minutes. Best thing ever (apart from being sick or injured). Thank you Urgent Care Clinic. I'm so happy with your services.

I recently visited Urgent Care and my experience was outstanding. The staff was efficient and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The waiting time was minimal, which was a pleasant surprise. The medical professionals were thorough and attentive, taking the time to address all my concerns

Amazing care and nurses. Always very caring and go above and beyond for patients. Nurses are always ensuring the patients feel comfortable and work their hardest to meet any needs. Doctors/staff consistently keep the patient informed and are more than happy to provide any further information. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I had a recent visit to the urgent care center and was thoroughly impressed by the efficiency and warmth of the reception staff. Ushna, in particular, stood out with her exceptional service. She greeted everyone with a friendly smile, handled the check-in process swiftly, and made sure all my questions were answered.

What a great experience it was attending this urgent care facility. First contact with Sue on reception was friendly, helpful and very caring. I presented with a wrist fracture and was seen to very quickly. In just over 1 hour I had been seen by the doctor, had X-rays and had a temporary cast fitted. A huge thankyou to the wonderful staff who were professional, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this centre. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars from me.

I had an accident last weekend and did some major damage to my front teeth and lip. I knew stitches would be required. Not having been here before I did not know what to expect. I can't recommend this service highly enough. The nurses and doctor that stitched me up were fantastic. Yes there was a wait but I wasn't clogging up the ER in Wollongong. The waiting area is light and bright with loads of seating so you're not sitting on top of each other. Just a BIG thankyou to all involved you are amazing.......

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this urgent care centre today.

Upon arriving with chest pain and other symptoms, I was informed by the receptionist of a three-hour wait without any triage to assess the severity of my condition.

The clinic, advertised as a “walk-in” service with an average wait time of 25 minutes, did not meet these expectations.

Staff should be trained to prioritise patient care and adhere to their advertised policies.

It is crucial for urgent care centres to provide timely and compassionate service, especially for potentially serious conditions like chest pain.

The Triage nurse Kate was great managing all the other patients on a busy day, she gave clear advice and made sure I was comfortable and looked after with a minor hand laceration. The doctor Natasha was professional and friendly.
Longer wait times because of a public holiday but very glad to be at an urgent care clinic instead of at Emergency!
