My doctor is thorough but appointments are generally at least a 30 minute wait after the booking time. Can understand when appointments run over however it gets frustrating when administration staff aren't able to communicate properly with wait times. I always call 10 minutes in advance to check how the timing is going to get told everything is running on time, only to come in and still wait for the numerous people ahead of me to go through.

These guys are thief they just want to take your money.
They have sent me 3 letters to see the doctor about the test i did 3 months ago and when i went to their clinic no one told me that i have to pay again and i was completely fine and didn't need to see the doctors only went their because i got 3 different letters .
When i went their doctor gave me my test results which was 3 months old and told me if you are fine now don't worry about it and i left from their and receptionist asked me to pay to see the doctor service

I was like which service, I didn't mean to come in first place i went overseas and when i came back there was 3 letters to see the doctor i only came because of that and the doctor gave me the report which is 3 months old and which was useless and no use for me or anyone.

They forced me to pay the money for no reason.

Never go there.

Not good. Went with history of elevated cholesterol, low iron and impaired glucose tolerance as my only areas of concern. Doctor said ok, gave me a pathology form. When I asked for the results he hadn't ordered iron studies, lipids or HBA1C/even random bgl. So, what was the point of my visit and the blood test? He asked me to come in again and he'll order them. Ridiculous. Dr Andrew Wilson is negligent and revealed himself to have a big knowledge gap in discussion also. Have known three others who had appointments with him with similar issues.

Would honestly give 0 stars to this practice if I could. Dr Kalsi sent me back to work as a dog walker with a torn ligament and would not give me a referral for an MRI.
Don’t book Telehealth because they will never call, or will call 2-3h after your booking.
Dr Andrew Wilson however is amazing and I would give him 5 stars as a doctor if I could.

Practice manager Laleh Kalsi is rude, unprofessional and does not take complaints about her husband: Dr Harnish Kalsi seriously, and instead Bans patients that make any complaint about his poor service.

Finally, it costs $100 for an appointment here, don’t waste your time or money, head to corrimal medical for better service, doctors who listen and bulk billing services

I would not recommend this practice at all. I had an IUD inserted at my gynocologist and was told to get my implanon removed exactly three weeks later. So I made the appointment to do so here- explaining everything my gyno said; and was told it would be at 3:30 on the 19th with DR NOOR.

On the day, I received a call 2 hours before my appointment telling me she wasn’t there and I would have to see another doctor and pay an $80 fee and he could decide if he thought it should be taken out. I was polite and explained and I got a very rude response back. So I went to my appointment. The receptionist who helped me was lovely but the other one was rude and scowled when I was only charged the $20 removal fee.

They also charge $1 for a mask with a $5 minimum on eftpos.

The doctor himself was very nice, it was just very unprofessional the way reception handled things and left me feeling very taken advantage of and lied to.

I ask for emergency appointment in walk in. Ask for waiting till end and Receptionist said we care going to call police ?‍♀️. Wow is it professional way to talk someone in trouble. Anyway Dr. Kalsi is nice but staff is very unprofessional. So never walk in otherwise they will call police

This is 2nd time I had bad experience. I have blood test last month.same day I have booked telephone appointment receive phone call from doctor about my results whenever it come .
It’s been 4 weeks I didn’t get any message from centre my results came or not . Try to call many times no one answered.few time lady who answered said can’t direct your call to crown medical as they change location . Today I went I thought should check with doctor.
Then receptionist said ‘No result is also good result ‘ she said if you didn’t get any message about result you should understand your results are good . Wow ?I recommend everyone go and waste your time

I'm really disappointed with how telehealth consultations are treated at this practice. Twice in the past I have booked a telehealth consultation in the morning only for the doctor to call me at 5pm. Today I booked an appointment for 4:15, and when the doctor had not called by 5 I rang the practice who told me he would "definitely call tonight" between 5:30 and 6. He never called. I understand the practice gets busy at times but the fact that this happens every time I have a telehealth consult is a bit frustrating.

I am a visiting this place for last 3 years. No matter what time you book, you will see the doctor when they feel like it. Sometimes I even had to wait 45 min plus to see my appointment.

Just keep in mind that if you are booking for a time. (For instance, you booked 1pm or 3pm or any other time. Just don't expect the doctor to see you 1pm or 3pm or the time you booked. Minimum of 30 mins wait is a must)
