During my time in defence, I have seen countless mental health specialists. I feel as if I have never been fully herd until I was put in touch with the waiting room.

Alaina has gone above and beyond in making me feel comfortable with discussing my issues and ultimately putting me in a better place then I have in years.

With the waiting room in my corner, I feel like nothing is impossible.

I cannot recommend the team at the waiting room enough.

I wish I had found TWR sooner! Booking process is smooth and quick and no waiting for weeks to see a practitioner. Alaina called on time and was very professional and easy to talk to. She understood my conditions and made a number of recommendations for other medical practitioners that I should consider seeing in line with the treatment I am receiving from TWR.

I've had experiences elsewhere that left me feeling like I'd been processed, not treated. TWR are the polar opposite to this.

TWR are the clinic you are looking for, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

100% highly recommend Alaina and Ben at the waiting room health services (TMR).
The first appointment cost $70 with all follow-up appointments bulk billed.
They provide exceptional education around what strain profile is best to alleviate symptoms for each individual condition. Their fast, efficient, quality care is appreciated. They make you feel like you are not just a number. I honestly will remain a lifelong client. Thank you both.

Great place for useful and helpful advice about plant medicine.

Update: I feel really at ease when speaking to Alaina and cannot recommend them enough. She listens and assures me that I'm not being a bother. I always feel like I'm bothering doctors. Not at this place! I couldn't be happier
