In Jindy for a holiday and unfortunately needed to see a doctor. Receptionists and doctors were lovely and very welcoming to us out of towners. Great experience over the phone booking for my partner - really appreciated the use of inclusive language as a rainbow family. Thorough consult and worked out what the issue was and made a plan. Thanks Dr Jeremy.

out of town visitor and I needed to see a docter. managed to get appointment here .

Very friendly staff and dr's . very helpful, even emailed me a docter'snote several days after the consultation.

I took my daughter here with a severe ear infection. The doctor only prescribed a 5 day dose of antibiotics. We were traveling and she knew this. I pushed for a longer dose and she refused. I called back and asked for it to be refilled when my daughter was still sick and in pain after the meds were gone. We also had to wait a long time to call because it was Christmas and then new years and everywhere was closed. I couldn’t get her in anywhere because everyone was backed up from the holidays. I still haven’t been able to get her in. They refused to send a script and told me to take her to emergency care because I don’t have local health insurance. I do if you can avoid it don’t go to this tiny town office That’s priority is not to help you.

A big thank you to the staff at the Snowy Mts Medical Center.
We were in the ski tube which suddenly braked sending skis and people all over the carriage. Our 15 year old daughter sustained a laceration on her cheek just under her eye. We stopped the bleeding and then I rang to get an appointment. They were fully booked but the lovely receptionist said to come in and she would sort something out. Dr Brent put some glue on the wound with a dressing and it was all over. Otherwise a trip to Cooma and the long wait or a scar on her face. She loves skiing - but would not want to pay that price. Thank you all very much. Greatly appreciatedc.

Dr Brenton is fantastic. He always takes into consideration every concern I have and doesn’t hesitate to do everything possible to make sure everything is ok when it comes to my health. I appreciate that he doesn’t dismiss anything that I say. When I am worried about something. He offers solutions and no judgement. Thank you so much Brenton.

Doctor Steve is our family doctor, and we also see Dr Lidster sometimes. Both are extremely thorough and I have recommended both multiple times. The reception ladies are exceptional and consistently helpful and friendly. They really go above and beyond with their service.
