Customer service has dropped dramatically in recent months. Not happy. Had. Daughter who had surgery last week and just needed a quick email sent to the Dr to see if anything further could be done for her pain. Not to get medications but to see if on right track told she would have to go on a cancellation list. A quick word that the receptionist could have had with the doctor or an email could have sorted the question. Also told I had to make an appointment to see another Doctor for my repeat scripts as Dr Yates was on holiday only because the Dr wouldn’t provide one out of the required. When it takes up to 6-8 weeks to make an appointment for the preferred Dr very poor performance.You need to make a pre booking to be sick in advance I better look at my diary to see a suitable sick day.
