I recently visited HornsbyCentralMedicalCentre, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The front desk staff (David)was Highly Professional and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Song took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Always been looked after and cared by the team. I am blessed that we have got Dr Song, who is Highly knowledgeable and professional.

The facilities were clean and well-organized, which made my visit comfortable. I appreciated the efficient booking process and minimal wait time. Overall, I feel confident in the care I received and would highly recommend this medical center to anyone looking for professional and compassionate healthcare.

Best medical centre I have ever experienced for the last 20 years from receptionist to doctors! I know most doctors are great but my experience so far with Dr Suo has been excellent too. He is understanding, focused, caring and knowledgeable and was able to provide great advices to my parents' health issues as well as mine!

I am now very sceptical of doctors so am pleased to have found Dr Woo who seems really good so far. We may actually have found a family doctor after many years of disappointments. Service and premises are also good.
