Fantastic Medical Centre

Balmoral Medical Centre is amazing. The staff are friendly and professional, and the doctors genuinely care about their patients. Booking appointments is easy, and I’ve never had to wait long. The clinic is clean and comfortable, making every visit stress-free. Highly recommend!

The office staff are very helpful and they go the extra mile to assist. It’s a busy centre and they do a great job regardless. Doctors are tops. What will we do without them. So be nice and be respectful of their services.

The reception staff and most of the doctors we’ve seen were lovely and caring. We’ve see. Dr Channi and Dr Gupta who are both very good doctors who provide care and consideration for their patients. Don’t recommend seeing Dr Dayan, this doctor is quite rude and lacks the empathy that a doctor needs. Both my mother in law and I have seen this doctor and we’ll never go to this doctor again.

It’s my first time to see a doctor at Balmoral after a recommendation from my neighbour. The receptionist is very polite, swift and professional. She sent me the online form to complete so it fast track the registration process. Dr Perera is listening to me and gave me good advice. He is thorough and I feel very comfortable to tell him the problem (Some doctors I saw in the past did make me nervous).

Wonderful doctors. I’ve been a patient for 30 years. Dr jaruhah is kind. Professional and caring. Exceptional doctor. I even got my flu shot whilst there. I feel so lucky to have found this practice all those years ago.

If you’re looking for the regular GP, don’t come to see Shriya Gupta. She lacks of caring and patience, plus extra charge $30. You can see some better GPs without paying extra in the Balmoral practice.
