Been here twice for a routine blood test in a weekday morning and Saturday afternoon, never had to line up. This afternoon I had a really friendly staff member drawing my blood, she also kept telling me jokes which eased the process even more, super funny lady! Thanks for the quick and professional service, will be back for future blood tests.

I recently visited DHM Haymarket and had a good experience. Even though I arrived early in the morning, there was no wait. I have difficult veins, but the phlebotomist was fantastic. They were very gentle and efficient. Highly recommended!

Guys you need to read the address properly and reviews. This place has moved into the building next door. Not sure how previous reviewer did not see this. They are open, they are on level 6 and everything is new and super clean. Never major queues, friendly staff. Recommended

terrible place! unsanitary! the hall is dirty, peeling walls, I have never seen such blood collections in my life! every time the waiting time is about an hour. terrible staff. they don’t want to accept children 5 years old. close and burn this place forever!

Due to a few negative reviews i was abit hesitant to go.
But in my experience it was positive. I had a lovely lady Emmy or amy (sorry i may have misspelled her name) she did an amazing job today, talked me through each step and gave reassurance when needed as i am not a fan of needles. A little sting and in a couple minutes it was over. Thank you for a lovely experience.

It's located inside Sussex Centre building lv.5 just on the right side of Sydney private hospital.
Staff all are Chinese. Waiting room is private.

Went there today but found they are closed till further notice.
Even the Douglass Hanly Moir website claims it's open, but it's not. Also, their (closed) office is on level 5 not six.
But it's not all bad. There is another brand pathology collection point there. Just ask the level 5 reception to point you to them.
Hope this helps someone.
