I move to HammondCare last year, after a bad fall l had at my place. At first I didn’t like it, but now l got use to it and l like it now because the people who work there are very nice people and they support you a lot to.

The staff that have come out to care for my parents have been amazing. Really great. Financial management is not so good. 4 times i have emailed or forwarded an account to hammondcare and it has still not been paid. We are now being regularly contacted by the company. I have spoken to head office twice and been assured financial staff will call me. They dont! I have allowed a week for them to contact me. Im hoping this bad review will get some action.
On another matter i have contacted hammond home services 3 times to extend cleaning to fortnightly but they are still attending weekly. This is using up funding required for essential services.
Each time i am told cleaning has been extended but it wasnt. I am now looking at finding another service provider but the staff that come out are so lovely we dont really want to change. I will be lodging a complaint with aged care unless I am contacted. I really dont know what else i can do.

Tried to contact my father in respite on multiple times. Unable to speak to anyone. Left messages no replies. Dad waited 35 mins for a bed pan. Wasn't til I went twice to find someone to help him.
Good as far as medical side of things but not for activities. To be fair Dad didn't want to go to the dinning area.

My mother has just completed respite care in Bond House. Hammondcare was the only facility I was happy for her to go to. They were fabulous during COVID and I could not have asked for better care for her. They displayed commonsense and compassion in spades.

I have found all the staff at Jones House Hammondville to be exceptional and so caring. I'm so happy I found this wonderful place for my 94-year old mother who has dementia. It is an enormous relief knowing that she is cared for so well. Thank you ?

My husband Alan is a client in Southwood Kalina cottage, the staff are amazing and show Alan and I with respect, care and kindness, even in this troubled time ie staff shortages, nothing is a bother to them whenever I approach them for information or attention.
Love the staff and God bless them.

Both of my parents are now in Bond House at Hammondcare Hammondville. The staff are very attentive to the residents and there are lots of activities available to the residents. I can't thank them enough for the care they provide to my parents.
