I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members at your branch. Unfortunately, I cannot recall her name, but her behavior was unpleasant. She sits in the corner on the right side of the office, and I found her approach to be rude and judgmental. A simple smile or a softer, more welcoming demeanor would make a big difference, especially for customers who may not speak English fluently. I also noticed that her English was not clear. Good luck that lady.

Worst Service Ever. Not welcoming Not Friendly. They have no right information about policy.

There is one asian lady. I forgot her name. She wears glasses. I asked her to call manager too to confirm the policy but she insist of suggesting me that she is right.

Later I chose to do it online and I was shocked she was absolutely wrong and I was right. I was able to complete it online. However what a waste of time when you feel face to face would be best.

Shame on you guys for your unfriendly behaviour and lack of relevant information.

I know a lot of people rated the place negatively and I was prepared for it going in, but I’m still shocked by how amazingly abhorrent the customer service really is!

The Chinese lady with glasses had her leg up her chair, no smile and no greeting. I asked for some policies and she cut me off with a “no” without any explanation, no care in listening to my concerns or enquiries. It’s incredible! I’ve never been treated any less as a person.

I think you deserve a 5 star for the worst customer service in Australia.

I visited this place to get help with my insurance claim, and I was VERY disappointed with the service! the staff member who assisted me was unfriendly, she was not helpful AT ALL in addressing my concerns. It was a frustrating experience!!!!

Staff at this office did not learn from all these bad reviews on this page over several years. They still are rude and refuse to help, e.g. pretending to be unable to forward important paper to a different Medibank department. Unable or unwilling to scan receipt to mail to another Medibank department. Upsetting and disappointing! (Esp. for me paying gold premiums).
Latest experience: one staff, busy with one customer, let me wait until after about ten minutes a second staff member left their back office and entered the shop.
Whoever reacts to the reviews: all answers express some sort of regret or apologies. But as one can see over the years nothing (NOTHING) has changed. Rudeness and impolite behaviour and refusal to help dominate staff‘s attitude. Where is the responsible person educating your employees?
