There are some real Karens who attend this medial centre, hence the skew of 1 star reviews. HOWEVER I have been to at least six doctors at this practice over four years. This medical centre is great. The reception staff are helpful, pragmatic and to the point. The booking system enables me to always find an appointment, and the handover between doctors is immaculate. A great team of doctors, nurses, pathology and reception staff <3

Amazing GP practice - I have been a patient here for many years since moving to Sydney. The receptionists are always so friendly (especially Kristine!) and efficient and my GP (Dr Kaushal) who I've seen regularly now for many years, probably the longest I have seen the same GP, is kind, caring and thorough and listens to everything I may have to say during my appointment and ensures everything is covered. Highly recommend coming here.

Staff are really kind and considerate. Doctor Nguyen and doctor Jessica Wang are so lovely, patient and really caring. The pathology department are really experienced and the blood tests are always so painless I can’t even tell they did it.

A completely wonderful experience. Reception were welcoming, supportive, communicative and kept us up to date on slight delay. The Dr was the most kind empathetic doctor and allowed us to proceed with a very difficult matter.
I would recommend this practice highly.

The desk clerks were pleasant and helpful. My medical appointment was arranged quickly. The doctor was very professional. He explained what was needed and performed the procedure entirely to my satisfaction.
I am a retired doctor and would highly recommend this practice.

Dr Phillip Tane has been fantastic to deal with. He is incredibly thorough and informative and has taken care of me and my son for all our medical requirements in what has been a long and complicated medical journey. He is also compassionate and understanding and takes the time to listen. Highly recommended GP.

Just spoke to a rude receptionist on the phone. They won’t give me my test results unless they can charge me for another appointment. You are entitled to your test results according to the Health care and Privacy act 2002. Not to mention the fact she just hung up on me once I explained that.

Update:

Dr. Han Thai reached out to apologize for the situation, which I appreciate, and they have since released my test results. However, this doesn’t change the fact that the experience was disappointing and entirely avoidable. It’s unfortunate that I had to escalate to the point of lodging a complaint and posting a negative review just to receive the attention this matter deserved. Dr. Han assured me he will address this with the staff to prevent similar issues in the future.
